Route march by police ahead of polls

Indore, Nov 1 (UNI) Police personnel of four police stations in the city took out a route march this morning as part of domination parade in view of coming Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls.

Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Hingankar said the parade was staged in Palasia, Pardeshipura, Chandan Nagar and Annapurna police stations on the directive of newly posted SP Sanjeev Shami.

Mr Shami, who replaced R K Choudhary on the directive of the Election Commission, himself took part in the parade in Pardeshipura police station.
