Annuity to land acquisition oustees will be paid on Jan 1 every year

Chandigarh, Oct 27 (UNI) The Haryana Government has decided that annuity under the new Group Annuity Scheme, introduced in the state for rehabilitation and resettlement of land acquisition oustees, will be paid on the first January every year for the awards made in the previous calendar year.

Disclosing this here today, a spokesman of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department said that in case of death of the beneficiary, the compensation would only be paid to the nominee made by the beneficiary.
