Coimbatore: University advances SET to Dec 14

Coimbatore, Oct 22: The State Eligibility Test (SET) rescheduled for Dec 21 will now be advanced to Dec 14. Bharathiar University Vice-Chancellor G Thiruvasagam told sources on Tuesday, Oct 22 that there were many representations seeking a change of date as another competitive examination was scheduled for Dec 21.

“The examination is being advanced instead of being postponed because the National Eligibility Test (NET) is scheduled for December 28. The last date for submission of filled in applications will be November 7," the Vice-Chancellor added.
