No more hoardings in Ratlam, MP
Ratlam, MP, Oct 21: Enforcing the Model Code of Conduct in the district in the wake of Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, a team of district administration removed all the hoardings, posters and boards of several political parties here on Tuesday, Oct 21.
Sub Divisional Magistrate J S Saluja said the team headed by Municipal Corporation Commissioner S K Singh, City Superintendent of Police P Jitender and heavy police force was present there.
Some political parties' leaders reached there and attempted to stop the team for removing the hoardings at Dalu Modi Market Square.
A tonga used in the campaigning of an independent candidate was also seized as loudspeakers were being used without permission.
