Case registered for taking out 'path sanchalan' in MP
Guna, MP, Oct 20 (UNI) A case has been registered against about 150 people, including 12 named accused, in connection with the RSS and the VHP taking out 'path sanchalan (route march)' in Ashoknagar district headquarters in Madhya Pradesh after the model code of conduct came into effect.
Police said the RSS and the VHP had taken out 'path sanchalan' without prior permission from the district electoral officer. Some people were carrying weapons with them.
A case was registered against them for violation of section 144 of the CrPC.
