Hyderabad, Oct 18 (UNI) Alleging that the Bhainsa clash and Vattoli incident were ''pre-planned and the handiwork of ISI agents'', the BJP today asked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy to order an inquiry by a sitting judge into the incident and provide employment to wife of one Bhutan Singh, killed in the October 10 clash, and an ex-gratia of Rs five lakh to his family.

In a letter to the Chief Minister, copy of which was released to the media here, the BJP leaders, including State unit President Bandaru Dattatreya, alleged that false cases were being slapped against the BJP and RSS workers in the villages and innocent people were being illegally detained by police.

They alleged that an RSS functionary, arrested in a false case, was beaten up by police. They demanded action against a Sub-Inspector, who allegedly used third degree treatment against him. They also demanded withdrawal of ''false'' cases filed against BJP and RSS workers and release of all the people, who were in ''illegal confinement''.

The party also demanded the arrest of miscreants involved in Bhainsa clash and Vattoli incident, both pre-planned and handiwork of ISI agents.
