Nepal finance minister wants to increase trade with China

Kathmandu, Oct 18 (UNI) Minister for Finance Baburam Bhattarai has said the Nepali business was inclined towards India and trade with China will be increased in the coming days, according to local media reports here today.

''We will increase trade with China in the coming days,'' Kantipur quoted Dr Bhattarai as saying while speaking at a programme in Tatopani, bordering with Tibet, China.

Nepal's foreign trade with India is over two third. He said, ''it is necessary to improve this situation and increas trade with China.'' Trade with China has increased significantly in the last few years as the Chinese goods were getting cheaper as compared to other countries.
