''Irresponsible'' oppn forced Tata to go to Gujarat:CM
Hyderabad, Oct 15 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today told his cabinet colleagues that ''irresponsible opposition parties are responsible for Tata Motors not relocating its Nana car project in Andhra Pradesh'' Briefing mediapersons after a cabinet meeting chaired by Dr reddy, Information Minister A Ramanarayana Reddy said the Chief Minister told his cabinet colleagues that inspite of best package offered to the Tata Motors when compared to the one offered by the Gujarat Government, the company decided to move out to Gujarat, where the Congress party was functioning as a responsible opposition unlike the opposition parties in Andhra Pradesh.
Referring to the Srinivasapuram people striking a Singur note and giving a hostile reception to the Tata Motor officials when they visited a project site, he said the Opposition parties here had played a spoilsport.
However, The Tatas had assured to locate an aerospace project, first of its kind in Hyderabad, he added.
