Bhim to go to SC for J
Jammu, Oct 16 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) chairman Bhim Singh today said he would knock the door of the Supreme Court, in case the Election Commission of India(ECI) failed to announce elections scheduled in the state.
In a statement issued here, Prof Singh also questioned the sincerity and morality of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee leaders about their attitude towards the Delimitation of Assembly constituencies.
''The Congress, PDP and NC are enemies of the people and that is why, they have been opposing the Delimitation,'' he said.
''In case elections are deferred, why should the Governor not constitute the Delimitation Commission,'' he asserted.
