Haryana police to recruit sportspersons as sub-inspectors

Chandigarh, Oct 12 (UNI) The Haryana Police has decided to fill-up 10 posts of Sub-Inspector (Male/ Female) under the sports quota.

While stating this here today a police spokesman said that the candidates applying for the posts should be graduate from a recognised university and recipients of Arjun Award or Bheem Award of the state government or winners of medals in the Olympics or Commonwealth Games or Asian Games or winner of Gold Medal in the Asian Championships.

He said that candidates should be 18-27 years of age as on February 1, 2008.
