CM to inaugurate 3 day festival
Kolhapur, Oct 08 (UNI) The three-day Dassehra festival will be inaugurated here by the Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh on October 10.
District collector Dilip Jadhav told reporters that the event was being held here since the last three years to attract tourists.
Various cultural events including Fork Arts and Food Festival will be organised during the three day programme.
Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil, state tourism minister Vijaysingh Mohite Patil, revenue minister Narayan Rane, cultural affairs minister Ashok Chavan, co-operation Minister Patangrao Kadam, District Guradian Minister Harshwardhan Patil and others will attend the inauguration function.
