Indian Bank hikes FCNR(B), NRE interest rates

Chennai, Oct 4 (UNI) Indian Bank today announced hiking FCNR (B) and NRE Interest Rates with effect from October one.

For FCNR (B) deposits, in US Dollar, the revised interest rate has been fixed at 3.71 per cent for deposits of one year and above but less than two years, against the existing rate of 2.96 per cent.

For NRE term deposits, the revised interest rate has been fixed at 4.46 per cent for one year and above but less than two years, against the existing 3.71 per cent, a bank release here said.
