Complaints in court for FIRs against Raje, Kataria, Gaj Singh

Jodhpur, Oct 4 (UNI) Two complaints have been lodged before a local court here today against Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, Sitting BJP MP Jaswant Bishnoi and others seeking directives for filing FIR against them in connection with September 30 Chamunda Temple stampede which left 224 people dead.

The private complaint filed by Gajendra Singh through counsel Mukesh Mehra, before Judical Magistrate(No.3) Devendra Singh Bhati, prayed before the court to direct the police for filing FIR against, Ms Raje, Mr Kataria, Mr Gaj Singh, Mr Bishnoi and others officials while another private complaint filed in the same court by Mohammad Ali made parties to Mehrangarh Museum Trust, Jodhpur Colelctor, Superintendent of Police,Chief Medical and Health Officer(CMHO) and other concerned officials.

The court has listed the complaints for hearing on October 6.
