ACM observes fast to condemn attack on Christians

Puducherry, Sep 27 (UNI) The Ambedkar Centenary Movement(ACM) observed a fast near the Venkatasubbareddiyar statue here today.

The agitation was to condemn attack on Christians in Orissa and Karnataka.

Former CPI Tamil Nadu secretary Nallakkannu, CPI Puducherry National Council member R Viswanathan MLA, PMC legislators K Lakshminarayanan and Bussy Anand, former CPI(M) Secretary T Murugan, P Sankaran of CPI(ML) and Mr Leon of RPI were among others who participated in the agitation.
