Four Pune MC employees killed, 33 injured in accident

Kullu, Sep 26 (UNI) Four employees of Pune Municipal Corporation were killed and 33 injured, eight of them seriously, when their bus rolled down into a field near Pathlipul, 18 km from here, today.

Kullu SP Jagat Ram said the tourist bus carrying 51 employees of MC Pune, was on way back from tourist resort Manali to Pune, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and the bus rolled down into a field killing three employees on the spot and one person succumbed on the way to hospital. The deceased were yet to be identified He said 33 others sustained injuries and were admitted to District Hospital Kullu. The condition of eight passengers was reported to be serious.
