Britney's mum confirms world tour plans

Washington, September 24 : Lynne Spears, mother of pop singer Britney Spears, has confirmed that her daughter plans to hit the road for a world tour.

The recovering pop icon, who has not performed live since her Onyx Hotel world tour in 2004, will take to the roads for her international tour.

"She's releasing music, she has plans to do tours and some other little secrets that I can't tell you," Contactmusic quoted Lynne as saying.

"It's going to be fabulous though," she added.

Britney is set to release her new single 'Womanizer' that shall hit the market on September 29, while her comeback album 'Circus' shall release on 2nd December - her 27th birthday.
