Two run over by trains near Phagwara
Phagwara, Sep 16 (UNI) Two persons were run over by trains near Phagwara Railway Station last night in separate incidents.
A man identified as Raman Kumar of village Chachoki was run over by a train near Kherra railway crossing on Phagwara-Goraya rail section.
In the other incident, a middle-aged unidentified man was crushed to death by a train near Chiherru railway station on Phagwara-Jalandhar section.
Railway Police have registered cases and sent the bodies of the deceased for postmarterm examination to civil hospital.
