Jammu, Sep 16 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Government today revoked the detention orders of Swami Dinesh Bharti and Daleep Kumar, a youth from Kathua district under the Public Safety Act (PSA) for their participation in the Amarnath Land agitation, sources here said.
Cancelling of the PSA detentions was one of the major demands of the Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti (SAYSS), which was conceded by the government during the agreement over the Amarnath Land row.
After
the
warrants
were
issued
against
him
under
the
PSA,
Swami
Dinesh
Bharti
remained
absconding,
while
Daleep
Kumar,
a
resident
of
Mertha,
Budhi
in
Kathua
district
was
arrested
by
the
Hiranagar
police
and
was
presently
lodged
in
Kot
Bhalwal
jail,
sources
said,
asserting,
''Daleep
is
likely
to
be
released
from
the
jail
after
the
order
for
revocation
of
the
PSA
warrant
is
