govt announces fin assistance to bravery award winners
Mumbai, Sept 16 (UNI) The State Government has declared financial assistance for Bravery and Service Award winning officers/youth from Maharashtra of Operation Vijay or war after that.
According to the Government decision, either land or cash will be given to them.
The Government has approved a cash assistance of Rs 45,000 to Major Kamlesh Manikrao Shende, Nagpur, Rs 57,000 to Vice-Admiral Rustam Farmaroz Contractor, Nagpur, Rs 23,000 to Commander Lalit Mohan Khanna, Rs 23,000 to Major General Narsinh Shreekrishna Saprey (Retd), Nashik and Rs 23,000 to Nayab Subhedar Madhukar Narayan Khot, Sangli, an official release said here today.
