TMMK criticises bomb blasts, urges Centre to nab culprits
Chennai, Sept 14(UNI) Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam(TMMK) today condemned the heinous bomb blasts which rocked New Delhi on September 13 and urged the Central Government to probe from various angles so that the real pepetrators of the crime were arrested and awarded maximum punishment.
In a press release here, TMMK President M H Jawahirullah said New Delhi has joined the list of several cities in India, which have witnessed serial blasts in the recent times.
After the blasts in various places the police arrests a few persons and dub them as the real terrorist behind the crime and yet such heinous crimes were committed time and again, he alleged.
The TMMK President said vested interests, with an eye on the coming Lok Sabha election could have triggered the blasts.
He urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to dismiss the Home Minister Shivraj Patil and the National Security Advisor M K Narayanan for their inept handling of the issue.
