TPG India to buy 49% stake in Shriram Retail for $120 mln
New Delhi, Sep 12 (UNI) Shriram City Union Finance Ltd today said TPG India Investments Inc will invest 120 million dollars to buy up to 49 per cent stake in Shriram Retail Holdings Pvt Ltd.
TPG will also make an open offer for the same and would indirectly hold 26.7 per cent stake in Shriram City Union Finance, a statement said.
