Siemens Healthcare to pay Rs 45.1 cr for buyout
New Delhi, Sept 10 (UNI) Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Ltd today said it has set the purchase price payable for the acquisition of an Indian diagnostics firm at Rs 45.1 crore.
Siemens Healthcare had acquired city-based Dade Behring Diagnostics (I) Pvt Ltd on August 1 and at the time the estimated price was Rs 43 crore, a company statement said.
