Tibetan Youth Cong vows to free Tibet, stages peaceful protest
Dehra Dun, Sep 8 (UNI) The Uttarakhand Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC) today staged a peaceful demonstration against Cina's illegal occupation of Tibet here and vowed to continue their fight for freedom. It appealed to the Indian Government to lend support for the cause.
Vowing to free Tibet from China's illegal occupation, the TYC in a press release said it would ''expose China's perpetual human rights violations and blatant lies about Tibetans being happy in Tibet''.
It also denounced accusations by the Chinese government that His Holiness Dalai Lama had incited protests in Tibet and urged the Indian government to support 'Tibet's cause'.
