676 load carriers arrive in Kashmir, 690 left
Srinagar, Sep 2 (UNI) As many as 1366 load carriers laden with essential commodities, fruit, vegetables and fuel entered and left the Valley during the past 24 hours.
Stating this here the spokesman of the Divisional Administration said that 690 load carriers left the Valley during the same period.
Of these, 238 carried fresh fruit, 23 vegetables, 134 other commodities and 295 after off loading fuel here.
He said that 676 load carriers entered the Valley during past 24 hours Of these, 115 carried rice, 21 flour, 15 sheep, 26 chicken, 21 fresh fruit, 11 sugar and 339 other commodities.
Besides, 42 tankers carried diesel, 16 kerosene oil, 19 petrol, 33 LPG, 3 milk. Also 15 empty trucks after off loading goods outside returned back to Valley during the same period.
