Retirement age of lecturers in ISI, Kolkata raised to 65

New Delhi, Aug 29 (UNI) The government today raised the retirement age of scientific workers in the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, from 62 to 65.

This will benefit the lecturers teaching in the Institute, Union Minister Kapil Sibal told reporters after the Union Cabinet meeting that gave the approval.

In other scientific institutes, the retirement age has already been raised to 65.
