2 Nepalis held with 38 kg charas
Siddharthnagar, Aug 25 (UNI) Two Nepalis were arrested with 38 kg of charas in Shohatgarh station area here late last night, police said today.
The psycotropic substance was estimated at Rs 38 lakh in the international market.
The police nabbed Sushil Tiwari and Rohit near Gurauliya village, while they were bringing the drugs from the neighbouring country Nepal.
Two bags, bearing 18 kg and 20 kg of the narcotic susbtance respectively, were seized from them.
Sushil was reported to be the secretary of 'Sanyukt Tarai Jantantrik Mukti Morcha' in Nepal.
