House congratulates Konkani film director for national award

Panaji, Aug 21 (UNI) The Goa Legislative Assembly today unanimously adopted a resolution congratulating Rajendra Talak for winning the national Best Director award for his Konkani film 'Antarnad'.

The House also congratulated Divya Chapdekar for winning the Best Child artiste award, Ashok Patki for the Best Music Director award and Aarti Ankliker-Tikekar for the Best Singer award.

The congratulatory motion, moved by Damodar Naik (BJP) after the question hour, was supported by chief minister Digambar Kamat among others.
