Tulsyan inks pact with Budhrani Grp; to set up plant in Nigeria

New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) Tulsyan NEC, a manufacturer of steel and woven sacks today said it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Budhrani Group of Companies to set up a plant in Nigeria.

Tulsyan plans to set up a steel making and rolling mill of 60,000 metric tonnes per annum in Nigeria on a joint venture basis by setting up a separate subsidiary for the same purpose, a company statement said.

Through this venture, the company plans to maufacture long products, it added.
