Man commits suicide after killing wife

Palakkad, Aug 19 (UNI) A 41-year-old man committed suicide after allegedly hacking to death his wife at Elavancherry in this district of Kerala today.

Police said Kumaran, a toddy tapper, hacked to death his wife Rajani (30) and committed suicide by hanging from a tree near their house.

Family dispute was said to be the reason for the extreme step, police added.
