IT, Biotech Staff held for consuming ganja, heroin
Bangalore, Aug 10 (UNI) Police today arrested 30 people, mostly IT and BT (biotechnology) employees while taking ganja and heroin at a dhaba, near Manchanabele Reservoir in Magadi Taluk of Karnataka.
The activists of the 'Kannada Rakshana Vedike,' on a tip off, got hold of them while consuming the drugs during a birthday party and handed them over to police.
Police raided the dhaba and seized the narcotics.The party was hosted by two youths who had sent invitation to others through SMS.
