ETC Punjabi to telecast 'Guruta Gaddi' celebrations
Patiala, Aug 10 (UNI) ETC Punjabi, a channel of ZEE network, will telecast the tri-centenary celebrations of 'Guruta Gaddi' from Nanded in Maharashtra live in October-November.
Talking to UNI today, Romila Sharma, Business head of ZEE Network, said ETC Punjabi will telecast the main function to be held in Nanded of the celebrations.
Meanwhile ZEE Punjabi today started the live telecast of 'kirtan' from the historic Gurdwara Sis Ganj in Delhi. The telecast rights by the channel have been obtained from the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee.
Ms Sharma said that telecast from Gurdwara Sis Ganj will be from 0300 hours to 0700 hours and then from 1630 hours to 1830 hours daily.
She said that ETC Punjabi already telecasts 'gurbani kirtan' daily from the Golden Temple. She said that ETC Punjabi has been telecasting recorded kirtan from Takhat Sri Hazur Sahib, Nanded for one hour everyday.
She said that Punjabi news bulletin on ZEE Punjabi at 2200 hours which was stopped has been restored.
