Cabinet okays amendments in Chandigarh PG Medical Institute Act

New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) The recongnition of Dental/Nursing Degree/Diploma in Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh was cleared by the Union Cabinet here today.

The Cabinet approved the proposal for amendment of Sections 23 and 24 of the relevant Act to provide for the recongnition, Union Minister for Science and Technology Kapil Sibal told mediapersons after the Cabinet meeting.
