Two killed three injured in road accident
Aurangabad, Aug 5 (UNI) At least two women were killed and three others seriously injured when a truck ran over them on National Highway Two (NH 2) of the district in the wee hours today.
Police said five women were crossing the GT road (NH 2) near Manjurahi village under the Muffassill police station of the district when a truck ran over them and fled away.
Two women died on the spot and three others sustained serious injuries.
The injured were rushed to a local hospital, where their condition was stated to be critical, police added.
An FIR had been lodged in the local police station against the truck driver.
