Five killed, 7 injured in jeep-truck collision
Nashik, Aug 5 (UNI) Five people were killed and seven others injured in a collision between a truck and a jeep on the Nandgaon-Aurangabad road in Nandgaon taluka of the district this morning.
According to police sources, five persons were killed and seven injured when a jeep collided with a truck near Gangadhari village, 4-5 km away from Nandgaon. All the victims were occupants of the jeep.
Four of the injured have been admitted to Wadia Hospital in Malegaon, while three of them have been admitted to Nandgaon Rural Hospital.
The identity of the dead is yet to be ascertained, sources added.
