Suzuki inks agreement with Punjab Co-op Bank to give bike loans

Chandigarh, Aug 1 (UNI) Suzuki Motorcycle India, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, has signed up an agreement with Punjab State Co-operative Bank to provide retail finance for Suzuki motorcycles.

Under this pact, Punjab State Co-operative Bank will leverage on its strong rural and semi urban presence to provide the retail finance for Suzuki motorcycle products.

"This significant tie-up will help Suzuki to penetrate into the vast rural and semi-urban market of Punjab," Suzuki Motorcycle Sr manager (Sales) Rakesh Kumar said.

Punjab State Cooperative Bank Asst General Manager KK Kaushal said that "Our network in rural and semi-urban will enhance the Suzuki to reach out the customers all cross the state. This deal will give access to customers to get an easy, quick loan at affordable rates".
