HC stays Kerala Women's Commission order
Kochi, Jul 29 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today stayed the State Women's Commission order to Accountant General V Raveedran to appear before it in connection with a complaint by women employees of the AG's office.
The Single Bench of Justice Siri Jagan stayed the Commission's order, directing Mr Raveedran to appear on 31st of this month.
The Commission issued the order on the basis of a complaint filed by women employees that during a strike, the Accountant General had misbehaved with them.
