TZP DVD arrives in Indian market, Disney to release in overseas

Mumbai, July 26 (UNI) DVD of Aamir Khan's blockbuster movie ''Taare Zameen Par'' has been released in the Indian market, whereas Disney has decided to release it in the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada soon.

The DVD was released yesterday at the hands of Ms Bajaj, principal of the school of Darsheel Safary, the protagonist of the film, actor Aamir Khan wrote in his blog.

The release of the DVD in the other countries would take at least three months, the actor turned director said.

According to Aamir this was probably the first time that an Indian film has been picked by a major distributor, independently for a mainstream release.
