Suncity Projects launches Rs 2,000 cr Jewel of India project
New Delhi, Jul 26 (UNI) Real estate developer Suncity Projects Pvt Ltd today announced the launch of one-of-its-kind retail concept -- Jewel of India, with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore.
The project's first series was launched in Jaipur, which will be spread over 40 lakh square feet and will start operating by 2011.
''Jewel of India is an offering that will transform the retail segment of the country by introducing themes that would promote the heritage and handicraft offering of each region,'' company Director Ashok Bansal told reporters here.
The project, which will be a unique destination offering retail, office spaces, hospitality and entertainment options under one roof, will also be launched in other parts of the country, including Mohali, Greater Noida and Indore.
