7-member panel to probe 'cash for vote' scam

New Delhi, Jul 26 (UNI) Lok Sabha speaker Somnath Chatterjee today constituted a seven-member committee to probe the alleged offer of money to three Lok Sabha MPs.

The committee will soon submit its report to the Speaker.

Three BJP MPs had displayed wads of cash in Parliament on Tuesday, saying they were allgedly bribed by the Samajwadi Party and Congress to favour the UPA government in the trust vote.
