Megan Gale loses modelling assignment to hottie Elle McPherson

Melbourne, july 22 : After being replaced by supermodel Miranda Kerr in the David Jones assignment, Megan Gale has lost another project to model Elle 'The Body' McPherson.

Gale has been sidelined to make way for McPherson as the face of sunscreen Invisible Zinc.

After much media speculation it has been confirmed that McPherson has been selected to launch the top-selling brand into the US market.

"Our new range combined with Elle's involvement will help us take our message to a much wider audience," Daily Telegraph quoted founder Andrea Horwood-Bux, as saying.

Megan, who was the brand's Australian ambassador in 2004, chose not to comment.
