Patel nominated as Chairman of FICCI Gujarat State council

Ahmedabad, Jul 18 (UNI) Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) has welcomed appointment of Pankaj Patel, former Chamber President and Chairman of Zydus Cadila, as Chairman of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) Gujarat State Council.

GCCI sources said his appointment on such a key position by FICCI has a great significance keeping in view the 'Vibrant Gujarat--Global Investors Summit' to be held in January next year.

Mr Patel's appointment to coveted post is welcomed by trade and industries association as also the chambers of commerce in the state.
