HP Governor V S Kokje given a warm send off

Shimla, Jul 15 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Kokje and Lady Governor Leena Kokje was today given a warm send off following the completion of his five-year tenure here.

Mr Kokje today left for New Delhi from here where he would proceed later for Indore.

State Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, IPH Minister Ravinder Singh Ravi, Health Minister Rajeev Bindal, Social Justice Minister and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary, Leader of Opposition Vidya Stokes, MLAs, Bhawani Singh, Lokayaukta, Judges of High Court, Chairpersons of various Commissions, Chief Secretary Asha Swaroop, Additional Chief Secretaries Parminder Mathur and J P Negi Chief Information Commissioner P S Rana, senior civil and police officers were among others who were present on the occasion.

A state dinner was also hosted in honour of Mr and Mrs Kokje at Peterhoff last evening.
