HC directs CBI to present narco-analysis tests CD in Abhaya case

Kochi, Jul 14 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today directed the CBI to produce the compact disc (CD), which documents the narco analysis tests conducted on three suspects in connection with the Sister Abhaya murder case.

Justice B Rmakumar directed that the CD, which was handed over by the Forensic Science Laboratory in Bangalore to the investigative agency shall be produced on or before July 24.

The directive was issued on a petition filed by sister Abhaya's father M Thomas, praying for an effective investigation into the murder case of 1992.
