Vipul to develop Rs 250 cr project in Dharuhera
New Delhi, Jul 11 (UNI) Real estate developer Vipul Ltd today announced the launch of Vipul Gardens, a group housing project, at Dharuhera near Gurgoan, with an investment of about Rs 250 crore.
''With a total built up area of about one million sq ft, the project will be ready for occupancy by 2011,'' company Managing Director Punit Beriwala said.
The project, spread over 13 acres of land, will showcase 635 apartments with a choice of living between 2-3 bedroom apartments, a statement said.
Mr Beriwala said the project will be a blend of modern lifestyle and contemporary facilities.
