Centre abolishes HP Administrative Tribunal

Shimla, Jul 11 (UNI) The Centre has abolished the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, which was set up on August 26, 1986, an official spokesman today said.

The Centre has cancelled its notification No GSR 1045 (E) of August 26, 1986 on July eight and abolished the Tribunal, he said in a release here.

The spokesman said the state government had decided to absorb the employees of the Tribunal against available vacancies in the HP High Court and other government departments according to their demand and requirement.
