Two killed in lorry-car collision in AP
Tirupati, Jul 10: Two people, including a driver from Madhya Pradesh, were killed and ten injured, three of them seriously, when their car collided with a lorry on the Tirupati-Chittoor bypass road near Tiruchanur today.
Police said a 'Tavera' car carrying 12 people were proceeding to hill shrine Tirumala, when the mishap occurred.
The seriously injured were shifted to the Government Ruia hospital, here.
The deceased were identified as Natibai Jain (70) and car driver Nitin Yadav (35), police added.
