Visakhapatnam, Jul 3 (UNI) Four more bodies of greyhound police were retrieved today from the boat that sank in an ambush by Maoists on June 29, in Sileru reservoir near Balimela of Malkangiri District in Andhra-Orissa border.

While three of the deceased were identified as Sankara Rao (SI-Munchangiput), Md Salahuddin (Constable-Mahaboobnagar), Ranjan Kumar Korra (Constable-Chitrakonda Police Station), the identity of the other was not known, police said.

The bodies have been airlifted to King George Hospital here for post mortem.

According to police superintendent, Akun Sabharwal, the operations have been going on for the past few days to retrieve the capsized boat from the reservoir bed, in which it is believed that the bodies of missing greyhound police are locked in the cabin.

The marine commandos and the Eastern Naval Command divers were vigorously taking part in the search operations in the reservoir for the fifth day today.

A search is also on in the surrounding forest areas of the reservoir by a large team of CRPF and greyhound police for the missing men.
