PWD to get fitness certificate for PMGSY roads soon

Shimla, Jun 27 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Public Works Minister Thakur Gulab Singh today directed the PWD officers to get the approval certificate for roads constructed under PMGSY, World Bank and NABARD from the Road Fitness Committee before July 25.

The Road Fitness Committee consists of concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Divisional Forest Officer and Executive Engineer PWD.

PWD Engineer-in-Chief BS Rajpal assured the Minister that all such roads would be got passed on priority and shall be opened to traffic for the convenience of general public.
