Cases against tribals to be withdrawn in MP

Bhopal, Jun 16 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government today issued directives for withdrawing minor cases against tribals except crimes pertaining to non-tribals.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan chaired a meeting in this connection at Mantralaya, an official release said here.

The meeting was informed that about 2.25 lakh such cases are pending, the release added.
