Governor appoints Dr Rajendran as Thanjavur varsity VC

Chennai, Jun 14 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor and Tamil University Chancellor S S Barnala today appointed Dr M Rajendran, Director, Tamil Development, as the new Vice-Chancellor of the University, Thanjavur.

His term would be for a period of three years from the date of his assumption of office, a Raj Bhavan communique said.
